Trinity
Enterprise Sales Platform
We designed and built Trinity’s multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform — combining deal workflow management, advanced reporting, CRM integrations, and cross-platform mobile and web experiences into a single scalable product.
01
Overview
Trinity is a multi-tenant enterprise sales technology platform built to streamline win/loss reviews, deal workflows, and reporting processes for professional services organisations. Techwondoe partnered with Trinity to design and develop a comprehensive SaaS platform focused on improving sales process visibility, operational reporting, and customer engagement workflows for enterprise teams.
The solution combined mobile and web experiences with robust backend services to create a unified sales enablement and deal management platform. Built on a microservices-based architecture, the platform supports configurable workflows, advanced reporting, CRM integrations, and modular business logic tailored for enterprise sales teams.

The challenge
Trinity required a scalable enterprise SaaS platform capable of supporting complex sales workflows across multiple organisations while remaining customisable and white-label ready. The platform needed to consolidate fragmented sales review processes, improve operational visibility, and integrate with major CRM systems.
01
Building a secure multi-tenant architecture to isolate and serve multiple enterprise clients
02
Enabling white-label deployment so the platform could be rebranded for different customers
03
Consolidating fragmented win/loss review and deal workflow processes into a single platform
04
Integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other enterprise CRM systems
05
Delivering advanced reporting and analytics capabilities for enterprise sales operations
06
Providing cross-platform accessibility via both mobile and web applications
03
Approach
Techwondoe adopted an API-first, cloud-native development strategy centred around scalability, modularity, and operational flexibility. The development process emphasised close collaboration, iterative delivery, and integration-first design to ensure seamless connectivity with enterprise CRM systems and reporting workflows.
01
Microservices on AWS with Kubernetes for tenant isolation and scalability
.NET microservices architecture deployed on AWS EKS with Terraform-provisioned infrastructure. Multi-tenant isolation built in from the ground up, with AWS Lambda for event-driven serverless workloads.
02
React Native mobile app and ReactJS web application with Tailwind CSS
Cross-platform mobile application in React Native with TypeScript, paired with a responsive ReactJS and Tailwind CSS web application. Audio and video recording capabilities integrated directly into both platforms.
03
Salesforce, HubSpot, and SendGrid CRM and communication integrations
API-first integration architecture connecting Trinity to Salesforce and HubSpot for CRM data sync, and SendGrid for transactional communication and workflow notifications.
04
GitOps CI/CD via GitLab, Netlify, SonarCloud, and Snyk
GitLab CI with GitOps workflows automated deployments to Netlify. SonarCloud handled continuous code quality analysis and Snyk provided automated security scanning across all dependencies.
05
Jest unit testing, Playwright E2E, and automated QA workflows
Comprehensive automated QA framework with Jest for unit testing and Playwright for end-to-end coverage. QA automation integrated into CI pipelines to enforce quality gates on every merge.
04
Tech stack
React Native and ReactJS powered the cross-platform frontend, backed by .NET microservices on AWS EKS. GitOps-driven CI/CD via GitLab, SonarCloud, and Snyk ensured high engineering standards and security compliance throughout.
