What they needed.
Mentemia is a startup delivering workplace wellbeing to companies of all sizes. The quickly evolving problem space and fast customer growth demanded delivery of complex, multichannel products in very tight timeframes.
What we did.
Fast paced, full stack delivery across the gamut, from React Native mobile to web apps, cloud infrastructure, microservices, system integrations and more.
We operated as an embedded team participating in shared sprint rituals with the Mentemia team members. The tight collaboration ensured that everyone was always closely aligned on objectives as well as software designs and standards. The work included iterations of their core mobile app (involving some pretty tricky interactive audio features!) as well as building completely new web and partner integration channels from scratch.
