React Native mobile app
What they needed.
LearnCoach is an amazing Kiwi company with a vision to make learning simple for all students. They have helped more than 500K students to date. LearnCoach platform was available through the web application and they wanted a cross platform mobile app which will let students study on iOS or Android. With a short time to spare for the NCEA exams, LearnCoach approached us to build these apps.
What we did.
Techwondoe worked with LearnCoach team closely to design and develop a cross platform mobile app using React Native. The app got released in Apple store first and shortly after in Android. The mobile app is not only visually striking but had been built with a lot of features to improve user experience and app maintainability:
React Native was used for cross platform development
Use of Typescript, functional components and automation testing for easier maintenance
Image and video optimisations for faster rendering of screens and enhanced user experience
Techwondoe is currently building a full stack product for LearnCoach with React web applications and micro-services and functions on AWS.
