To support this, we host Techwondoe Toastmasters, an in-house initiative designed to help our team members build confidence, public speaking, and leadership skills in an engaging setup.

Toastmaster of the Day

The Toastmaster of the Day leads the session, setting the tone, introducing the theme and speakers, and guiding the flow, thus helping to build organizational and leadership capabilities.

Grammarian

The Grammarian enhances participants' linguistic awareness by noting specific language strengths and areas for improvement and also acts as the Ah-Counter to track filler words, helping members improve clarity and precision in speech.

Timed Prepared Speeches

The Timed Prepared Speeches segment gives team members an opportunity to refine their ideas and deliver meaningful presentations, honing their oral communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Table Topics

The Table Topics section focuses on impromptu speaking, challenging participants to think on their feet in a supportive atmosphere.

Evaluation

The Evaluation segment provides constructive feedback, allowing participants to recognize their strengths and identify areas for growth.
